These terms apply to every order placed on the MM Deals website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you check out.
Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. That email is not a final acceptance. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and prepare it for shipping. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify the order details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Deal prices apply while they are shown on the site and may end without notice. We work hard to keep prices, stock and product details accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item’s price or details were wrong, we will contact you before your order ships and you can choose to continue or cancel.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. For bank transfer orders, please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order ships once the payment has cleared.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is $7.99 per order, and shipping is free on orders over $49. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and any delivery date we give is an estimate. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Product information and safe use
Product photos are for illustration and packaging may differ from what is shown. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and load ratings, especially for tools, chemicals, locks, straps and chain. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
