If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. Here is how returns and refunds work at MM Deals.
30 day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Deal and sale items can be returned on the same terms as regular priced items.
Items we cannot accept back
- Opened fluids, chemicals, adhesives and cleaning products, such as car wash, washer fluid, antifreeze and super glue
- Items that have been used, installed or cut to size
- Items damaged after delivery or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
How to start a return
- Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong, return shipping is paid by you.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm the refund. Refunds go back by bank transfer, or to the original payment method where possible. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Manufacturer warranties
Many tools and products carry a manufacturer warranty. For problems that appear after 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty usually applies. We are happy to help you work out how to make a claim.
