Here is how shipping works at MM Deals, from what it costs to when your order arrives.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $49 or more, after any discounts.
- $7.99 flat rate on orders under $49, however many items are in the order.
The shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
When your order ships
Orders are usually prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are prepared on the next business day.
Delivery times
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Larger or heavier items, such as chain and tool storage, can take a little longer.
Tracking your order
Use Track your order with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If you have an account, you can also see every order under My account.
Address problems and missed deliveries
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away with your order number and we will try to correct it before the order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our returns and refunds policy for details.
